Saw Cutting

Public Metals offers wide ranging of sawing capabilities. We can cut your material to size from a single piece to a production cutting or a truck load. Email us your cutting list with the tolerance and specifications you require!

Shearing

We can shear your sheets and plates to any size. Our experience stuff can lay out all the cutting with minimum waste. All cuts are burr free to reduce the extra work for your project. Do you have a funky shape to cut? Please bring your template and we get the job done.

Punching

We can offer custom hole punching to your specifications. From base plates to custom brackets to guide rails we can get the job done. Are you looking for something out of the ordinary? Please let us know! Special dies are available upon request. We can do round, square, oval or custom shape holes.

Press Braking

Public Metals is committed to providing end to end CNC bending and forming to your specifications. We can assist with the design of fittings, formed angles or complicated transitions.

Plasma Cutting

If you need plasma cutting we are one of the most capable and affordable sources and we can get the job done right. We offer cutting in a variety of materials and use a water table system to keep parts cool during cutting to minimize warping of parts and also to reduce the heat affected zone on hardened materials like AR plate.

Vinyl Masking

We offer vinyl masking on our aluminum sheets from 0.032 to 0.125 inches. It gives you a great protection for your material until you fabricate your components. Great solution for sign crafters and race car fabricators to create a perfect part.
